Second stay here, no issues that the host can control. The location is conveniently located downtown. So that also comes with a little noise. Since it is December house was beautifully decorated for the holiday making it feel a little more like home.

My wife and I brought my mother down to visit with family for a long weekend. We were looking for a place to stay we happened to find this gem.I (we) cant say enough about this beautiful house. From the moment we entered the house we noticed how nicely decorated and clean it was (the shine on the floors was amazing). The kitchen was equipped with everything you'd need, especially the Keurig with pods! Every bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and essentials. This definitely did not disappoint us at all. The host was really quick to respond to our questions before renting.A quick note: If you are going to be staying with anyone that wouldnt be able to use the stairs, there is a beautiful bedroom on the main floor with a full bathroom also on the main floor. A definite 10/10!

Relaxing location

This house was simply fabulous!!! Once I walked in the door, I felt like I could sense the history within the walls. The tall ceilings, beautiful staircase and decorated so cozy. The kitchen had EVERYTHING I needed during my stay. If I could give cleaniness more than 5 stars, I would. Absolutely superior!!!!

Nice clean house with plenty of room for everyone. There was also a nice cat that my daughter loved. Host was very quick to respond and went above and beyond to help us with something we left behind. Will stay again!

Great old house.

Loved the house. Good mix of history and modern convenience. Check in process was excellent and host was very accommodating and helpful. The only complaint was noisy vehicles driving around at night. Maybe it was because it was a Saturday night in a small town.

I like the house. If we could move it to central Ohio, I would buy it in a minute. The house is old so expect it to look like an old house. We thought the woodwork added to the attraction of the house but if you like new, this is not the house for you. If you appreciate old houses then you will enjoy staying in this house.

Family visit

My son lives in Princeton so we chose this house. We couldn’t have been happier. It was close to shops and a coffee shop. Janoa was very responsive to our needs. I had total knee replacement last year so a bedroom on the first floor was perfect for me. I would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful Home

The perfect place to stay for my visit to Kentucky. My elderly parents were with me and the bedroom and bathroom downstairs worked out perfectly for them. The owner and house manager were available for any questions and/or problems that arose. I was amased at the complimentary soaps, shampoos, and even bubble bath available. The host appears to have thought of everything guests could need. We will definitely be back! Thanks Jaime for all your help!

Beautiful Home

Loved having the option to stay at this property. I was there for nearly a week! The host was lovely & available to communicate with. I worked from, cooked in, and slept at this house. There are plenty of people and parking because a church parking lot is alongside the house and a funeral home is across the street. The property is on the corner of a 4 way stop which happens to be the mandatory semi-trucks (tractor-trailers, 18-wheelers) route. This means that you’ll constantly hear these big rigs fully stopping and then taking off again. I woke up to this the first few mornings before my alarm. Just bring ear plugs and a sound machine for sleeping and you can mostly drown it out. Even given that, I’d recommend the property, stay again and my family members would book this property as well.

Family Reunion

This was a wonderful place for my family to gather for our reunion-beautiful woodwork throughout, high ceilings and so many nooks for conversation-including the delightful porches. The space was perfectly clean, the beds comfortable and all modern conveniences provided. I only wish I had more occasions to stay here-would do so in a heartbeat.

The lake country house is absolutely gorgeous, the photos do not do this historic house justice! It has all of the modern necessities while keeping the charm of the giant old doors and wood floors maintained beautifully. We had a great time at this property and are eager to stay there again next time we are in the area. This was so much better than staying at the motels in town.
