"Had a booking issue (my fault) and send an email in attempt to resolve before we arrived. Did not receive response. Arrived and the young lady at the service desk was very friendly and resolve the issue. We discovered during the night the AC was not functioning and it was 26.5 degrees Celsius in the room. "Ficamos em um quarto privativo, ele era bem pequeno, mas atendeu bem. Faziam limpeza do chão todo dia, o que foi ótimo. Só sentimos falta de mais ganchos ou prateleiras para pendurar nossas coisas. As tomadas eram localizadas em pontos muito altos do quarto, faltando praticidade. Por fim, o elevador não estava funcionando, tivemos que subir muitas escadas diariamente. Pelo lado bom, gostamos da localização (dá para ir a pé para alguns principais pontos de Londres e tem uma parada de ônibus...

"We chose the cosy double with no window and it was cosy! To it’s credit it provided everything it promised and had clever ways to try maximise the space. It was small but cosy. For some reason I thought I purchased a view bit to my surprise I didn’t there were other apartments in view which was on as I didn’t stay in my hotel only for sleeping.the hotel is close to the bus station but the metro tube is not close but doable with large suitcase (use the lift/elevator) to transport. "Checked in after a long day of trains and train delays and it couldn’t have been any easier! Went straight to the check in desk and despite having issues with getting the room we booked for the team got us into a different room and provided breakfast free of charge due to the inconvenience. Friendly staff and an overall clean building and room. Definitely recommend if you’re staying in Shoreditch. "
