"The house was a great fit for our family of 6. With extra sleep space if needed. The house had everything we needed plus a few extras that made our stay more comfortable. Ripley the goat provided extra entertainment, my teenagers enjoyed feeding her. The host was very easy to communicate with and available when I had questions. The house and property was nestled in the mountains with beautiful views and privacy. We were centrally located to Ashville, Hendersonville and Tryon equestrian center. "

"With the lake not yet active after the storm I was concerned if the younger adults would be bored or not have a great time. We all had a blast. That game table is a hit! Good for. A few minutes entertainment or several hours depending on what you want to play. Very comfortable beds. Very beautiful place. Easy to use tbs and kitchen ware. Enough technology to impress. But not ultra technical gadgets to complicated to use. We had an awesome time! Will stay again if available. Quiet neighborhood...

"This was an absolutely amazing place for a restful getaway. David And Margaret the pictures doesn’t do this comfortably little cottage justice. If we were ever in this area again this would definitely be our go to place to stay. I absolutely loved cooking in the well equipped kitchen and the tub was perfect. Everything was sooooo clean!!! Thank you guys for providing a perfect place for a much needed rest "

"My family and I had a great time at this house. It was comfortable and well stocked with all the amenities. The pool was fun and the restaurant on site was pretty good.It was great to find a place that allowed us to bring our two small dogs. There was even a dog park on site.We had a great time!"

"We stayed here for my wife's 74th birthday and she loved it so much that once we left in the morning of our last day we had to come back because she (I believe purposely haha) left her earrings on the bedside table. Anyway, the place was perfect for the two of us. We chose a place that was not too far to go to several hikes and while we did not expect to use the hot tub, it turned out that it was a great way after long days of hiking to relax in for 15 minutes. "Everything was as beautiful as the pictures! The hottub was wonderful! We enjoyed the privacy and the lake setting. Very easy to get to local restaurants, with my favorite being Brooks Tavern. The TV had a great picture. It was a quiet retreat for us. Communication with host was quick in response and helpful. "

"10/10 would happily stay here again. Rental was as described and pictured in the listing or better. Found it clean and well appointed. Host was helpful and communicative when I had questions. The laundry and kitchen appliances seemed new and worked very well. Quiet location although small dogs upstairs did bark a lot one night but quieted after we settled down for the night. We enjoyed our stay here very much!"
