"It is a beautiful property in a nice location that is convenient to shopping and the beach and sight seeing areas. The front desk person didn't seem forthcoming with information regarding getting around and amenities. Had a hard time getting the info The room had a pull out bed that did not work so we had not a great time sleeping on that sofa."

"It was an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived we felt very comfortable. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a cozy stay. The balcony view was to die for. I would love to come back in a heartbeat! Again, I apologize for my husband taking the shampoo and conditioner thinking they were mine lol! We did leave (intentionally lol) an unopened bottle of laundry detergent that hopefully someone will use! :)"

"The unit was located in my favorite beach in Hawaii. Just a short walk to Shiowreck beach. Amazing surf and body surfing. Close to town and hiking. The unit was clean well prepared and the AC and WiFi were awesome. I was a little nervous when I first arrived to find the unit was part of a house, but Inhad a private entrance and the door to the larger house was locked from my side. Although the residents in the house were home ( the front dot was open) I severed heard a sound. Amazing deal...

"Super comfortable condo! We loved having such a great kitchen with all the appliances, everything you needed was provided. The property was very spacious and conveniently located near the pool and bbq area. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again."

"Condo was as advertised. We thought it was a great value for this oceanfront location. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai. Very nice ocean view, as we feared looking through buildings would be limited. It was not. Loved the location. Communications with manager was outstanding and very timely. "

"Being in our late 70's we appreciated having an elevator and having just a short walk to the pool or parking. Poipu beach was just a 2 minute drive and everything else we wanted was within a 10 minute drive: shopping, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The condo itself is a 10 out of 10."

"Great location near POIPU beach and excellent view from unit! Really comfortable even without ac and not necessary to have since there is a cross breeze in unit. Ellen is very quick with communication to answer any questions you may have. Really cool nostalgic feel. "

"You really can't beat the view from the corner windows. Whenever we were home, we were out on the deck watching the surfers and looking for turtles. The deck is nicely protected from the afternoon sun so we weren't getting scorched. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked. We will definitely stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen remodel is terrific, the room is spacious and well-appointed, and the air conditioning is wonderful. We loved having the extra fan. Prince Kuhio is in a convenient location that allowed us to easily access Waimea Canyon, Old Koloa Town, the Beach House restaurant, and our boat tour. It is an older well-maintained property but do not expect a new flashy resort vibe. It is a solid property that is a good value in a good location. "

"We had the most magical week at this lovely home in Poipu, Kauai. The area is wonderful, the home is part of a lovely community mixed with full time residents, snowbirds and vacationing families. We loved walking down to the pool each day which we often had to ourselves and spent time on the beach each day as well.
