"Rooms were not ready to check in- seems like they need more willing to work staff. There was a line to check in. It was a concert weekend. They should’ve been prepared for a lot of people to check in at 3pm- considering the area they are in. That was really annoying because we had less time to get ready for the concert we were there to attend. They also need to expand parking or not book that many people- it was chaos. "

"We had an excellent time at Sunchase IV! Short walk to the beach, nice pool area, central location, and overall very clean. Would highly recommend!"

"Good communication about adding an additional person at the last minute, great atmosphere, super clean unit and a very quiet neighborhood. Only downside is parking, besides that we had a great time and will be booking with this company again."

"Absolutely enjoyed staying here. Only complaint is I arrived after check in and my room wasn’t ready. Other than that I would definitely stay here again."

"The condo was great! Very close to the beach. We had a group of 5 people. Accommodations were perfect for what we needed. Love the view. The place was clean. Beautifully decorated."
