"Personal Frühstück Saubere Zimmer "

"When we arrived we had some payment issues with the taxi. The kind man at the front desk personally walked me to an ATM and when that ATM didn’t work he walked me to another one. Then walked us back to hotel and rolling our bags with him. He was as very gracious and we appreciated his help very much. The room and the restaurant were both wonderful too. This place is just outside the old city walls and easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Neptun ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war stets freundlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück und abendbuffet war ansprechend und abwechslungsreich, die Zimmer sind geräumig und gepflegt. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die bushaltestelle von wo aus man direkt nach Dubrovnik fahren kann. Das Hotel bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten in der näheren Umgebung."

"流石の5つ星でした。 ロケーションの良さもさることながらサービスが行き届いていて、快適でした。 旧市街へは徒歩5〜7分というところで、十分な近さ。メインエントランスからでなくても0階に当たるフロアからの出入りもできました。旧館に宿泊している場合はこちらからのアクセスの方が1〜2分早いと思います。 旧市街の途中には小さいスーパーも2件あります。 バルコニー付きのお部屋でしたが、窓は小さいです。大きな窓を期待していると残念かもしれませんが明るい時間帯はほとんど外出しているのであまり気になりませんでした。 夕方になるとチョコレートを配りにきてくれました。ちょっとしたことですが嬉しかったです。 Expediaの20％オフサービスを持ってたのですが、こちらから何も言わずともお会計時に適用しときましたよ、と丁寧な説明がありました。 朝食ではビュッフェ以外にオムレツなど別メニューからも頼めます。二人で、エッグベネディクト2皿とクレープも頼みましたが嫌な顔せず持ってきてくれましたし、味も大満足でした。"

"Everything has a feeling of quality. Location is good, on a quiet pedestrianised street about 10 minutes walk from the ferry port, front and old town. Our room was spacious and very nicely furnished with a comfortable bed, supportive pillows and plenty of room in the bathroom. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful too, particularly in helping to get my wife’s glasses mended. "Clean room , has free self parking garage. Beautiful view and beaches. Free breakfast had a large varieties but taste was so so. Very helpful and friendly staff. "

"Sadly you can only do the buffet and not open to have just yogurt and a coffee or something smaller. Beach side the staff can only deliver food/drinks -no interaction. Not personal we had to use an app that only worked 1/2 time. Drinks and food at the beach were too expensive and no happy hour. I stay in 5 star hotels all over the world. "

"旧市街のど真ん中なのでとにかく便利です。石畳をスーツケース転がすのが辛いかと覚悟してましたが、車が入れるエリアからそれほどの距離はないのでなんとかなります。 建物が古いはずなのに内装がとても綺麗で清潔で、あまり古さを感じませんでした。 オフシーズンだったのですが、この立地、サービス、クオリティがこの値段でいいのかと驚くほど素晴らしい滞在となりました。"
