"We stayed for four nights at the end of a 10 day trip. We we so happy to walk in to a clean and comfortable apartment with great climate control, full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bed. "I randomly found this place as i was looking for some options to fit family of 9 without booking two separate rooms. This place is amazing and charming. It’s new, in soft industrial style but with cozy lounge sets in hallways and green plants. They have fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and spacious bedrooms. "The property was perfect for our needs. We had 10 adults that stayed in the property, and 2 others that stayed nearby and visited during the day. We loved the location, all the beach items in the shed, the rooms, the grill, the hot tub, the massive garage and alley parking, plenty of tables and chairs in kitchen and courtyard, 2 sets of washer/dryer, and the elevator for heavy luggage. "We stayed at Ocean Sands for a week to celebrate a wedding in the family. We had 16 adults and the house was perfect! It is definitely worn and tired in spaces but it truly did not matter. Everything was clean, the location was spectacular, beach access was so simple, communication with the property manager was excellent, house sleeps everyone well, great layout for large group, pool and hot tub were a big hit along with the fireplaces. "What a fabulous home for our family of 10 to stay!! We had a couple of minor issues but April was great in getting back to us quickly. the pictures on the site are great but doesn't show how really good the pool area is. We had 5 kids age 9 to 18 and they totally enjoyed the backyard from going down the slide all day long to seeing the Sea World fireworks every night from the top of the slide area. This will definitely be our go to home if and when we return to the San Diego Area. "
