My service dog was pleased to find the treat jar on the front desk and the availability of rabbits to chase in the back field. I will most definitely book again on my next trip to Omaha. "I stayed to celebrate my 40th birthday and quite frankly they ruined me for other hotels. I found out at the end they are a 4 diamond hotel but even with that recognition, they are out of this world when it comes to guest experience. Between pre-trip advice, recognizing me and my family, little surprises to help me celebrate and treating my 6 year old like she was a princess as well, to a seamless check in /checkout the whole experience was phenomenal. Sam, Derrick and Camila were just treasures...
