"Hot tub was not home enough jets barely worked. Multiple towels in they're pool and trash all over, went to the pool close to when they opened in the morning so it's not a matter of it just getting trashy but negligence, the elevators had very dirty floors, half the lights in the room didn't work. Didn't get the room we booked bc they overbooked, leaving us short a bed we needed. Couldn't control they're heat/ac worth a damn, it was either ice cold or uncomfortably how.
