The staff could not have been friendlier and more generous with their time and resources to make sure I had the exact experience I wanted. "With the exception of the room service team which took my order then send an email confirming delivery of said order, whilst not actually delivering the order (Resulting in me waiting around for no reason) the resort was good.
Omar from the front desk was exceptional at his job and was extremely professional event with large groups processing for check in."

"The host was very easy to communicate with. She greeted us when we arrived. She was great. The house is very beautiful inside and out, the view was amazing. It is very clean inside. The only issue is the way to the house is very difficult to get to. We drove up on a hill that had a lot of bumpy roads and a lot of garbage. Keep in mind if you stay here that once you go out, try to do all of your outings because it’s hard to go back and forth to the house."

"Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in."

"Overall, enjoyed our stay. We booked a privilege swim out and enjoyed our stay. Our “butlers” were awesome. The staff were all friendly and attentive.
The pools (main and swim outs) had lots of missing tiles, but I’m sure it’s a huge project to remedy that.
Two main dislikes: 1. The open smoking of marijuana and tobacco products EVERYWHERE! It was being done in the main pool and surrounding areas constantly, on balconies, etc. The resort really should limit all smoking to designated...
