I genuinely am not someone who writes poor reviews, unfortunately this stay is going to be the exception. We show up and our room reeks of cigarettes, no towels at all, the door to the balcony is opened, the sheets felt grimy and there were things left over from previous guests. Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes
Hotel was amazing, however… They were working on the beach. All night all we heard was the beeping from the bulldozers. It would have been nice to know the beach was closed off in the area behind the hotel. Otherwise the hotel was great (minus the no sleep).
