"Property is beautifully maintained and plenty of staff to assist with everything needed. Prices were reasonable at “ market” on site. Room is gorgeous! Wonderful beach view off balcony. Pool was beautiful and water was warm!!! We will definitely stay again!"

"I stayed in room 227 it was beachside King room and there was no obstruction to my view it stayed perfect temperature no matter where I put it on the thermostat it was right there and it had everything we needed for our stay including dishes which we loaded in the dishwasher before we left the staff was amazing the room was spotless I was definitely impressed."

"Checking in was VERY slow and the guy at the front desk had an attitude about something. The tv in our room didnt work and neither did the phone or the bathroom door. Having said that, the location was very convenient and we really enjoyed the lazy river and outdoor bar. Parking near the hotel was always full so we had to park several blocks away and I didn’t like that much"

"Where to start about our stay. Well initially we booked a room for a hotel room and we're given no details about the property. We arrived just before midnight and were told that the hotel is 3 seperate buildings and that our building was 3 buildings down separated by 3 individual houses. We were put in a motel that was pretty rundown and not the main best western building as shown on the pictures through Expedia. The lobby for check in is in its own building where they serve breakfast, so we had...

"Breakfast was ok. there was no coffee the first day we was there so we went to the coffee shop up the street the second day it was ok . Wish there where more options . The parking was good and felt the car was safe . The staff was amazing . The ladies at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant "

"The room was very clean, the coffee maker was missing a part upon arrival, which the concierge took care of immediately. The lighbulbs in the floor lamp did not work and the table was worn. The bed was very comfortable and the oceanviews were spectacular. Denise at the registration desk was the best part of the entire stay. She could not have been more helpful everytime we needed something. She went over and above her duties."
