"Airport shuttle took some time around 45 min wait but once we got to the hotel it was fast and in the room. They were great and understanding including extending our stay last minute due to huge Spirit Airlines shutdown less then an hour before our flight. Let us keep our room even after check out and just renewed our keys. Stressful day made a bit easier."

"Great location! Airport shuttle was on time and Marco was absolutely attentive.
However, room was smelly. Tv channels were limited. The carpet in the room was horrendously dirty and stained. BTW, you can tell that the pool hasn't been deeply cleaned in a while. Breakfast super limited, hash browns under cooked, etc.
Lot's of other choices to consider when around the area."

"We were stuck at the airport because our flight was canceled, I mistakenly booked this hotel, thinking I was booking the Hyatt. That’s actually in the terminal in Orlando, however, the hotel was convenient, there’s a shuttle that picked us up and brought us back in the morning and the accommodations were perfectly fine."

"I found the lady that was checking my family in was not friendly and almost had attitude. She did not ask whether we need a parking pass, and didn’t mention anything about me being a Hilton member. I also asked about checking out early at 3:30 am and possibly getting breakfast to go. She said to check in the morning when checking out, which would obviously mean no there is no option for takeout breakfast even though we paid for it.
