"Home was not clean on arrival. Host asked us to leave and come back due to a late checkout. Came back 4 hours later (8pm local time now). House was now reasonably clean for the time the cleaner could spend. I talked to the host and they agreed to waive the cleaning fee.We went to clean up dishes after a later dinner. "We loved this stay! Erica and David were responsive and easy to work with. Their home was beautiful and exactly as advertised (which surprisingly isn’t always the case with rentals). We’ve stayed in many places that didn’t live up to pictures and were so glad this one did. Check in was easy, check out was easy. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Overall, I’d give this property 3 out of 5 stars. The home itself is spacious, and the large, comfortable couch made it easy for our family to gather. The home was not as clean as we expected upon arrival. The biggest issue, however, was the game room. We specifically chose this property to celebrate our son’s 16th birthday...
