"WoW Just WoW!!!We had a great time to say the least. Spacious, well stocked, and clean. Shopped a bit took in the sights the area had to offer, visited with nearby relatives and friends played some family board games, video games, shot some pool, as well as enjoyed the hot tub. The days were beautiful..most definitely on our list to visit again. "

"If you love nature, peace and quiet then this is the place for you! Set back on winding rural roads, the small apartment is surrounded by greenery, animals and nature sounds. Homey and clean, it was exactly what we needed. Wifi and cell coverage was great despite the rural area. I had a Teams mtg. and had no issues at all. Prior to it, sat on the patio and read a book surrounded by birds singing, and the farm dogs hanging out by my side.The apartment was as described in listing. We will return...

"We stayed at this property so we could watch our daughter at an event at Liberty University. It was a quick drive there or to restaurants and shopping. The host was great! Our group consisted of adults, teens, and toddlers. We all enjoyed the house. The bunk room is fantastic for children. The hot tub was great on a chilly day. The host took care of our every need! "

"Very nice accommodations. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Loved the eclectic decor/furnishes. Great location with direct access to the city and nature activities. Easily accessible; convenient parking. Very affordable."

"We had such a nice time. Our hosts were quick to respond if we needed anything and recommended fabulous places to eat locally. We appreciated the small touches (qtips, tissues, flossers) and the stocked coffee, sugar, creamer, snacks, TP and paper towels. There wasn’t anything we needed while we were there. The beds were so comfy (my husband wants to know the brand of sheets he likes them so good), the towels were fluffy and the box fan in each bedroom closet and sound machines were such a...

"Pictures of Dog Trot do not do this gem justice. It truly is an experience staying in this historical cabin. So relaxing. We made a camp fire our last big there. Watched deer and turkeys from the front porch and patio. Gorgeous property. Suzy is a wonderful and accommodating host. We rented this again for a few days in October to take advantage of the fall foliage. Can't wait."

"Kate and her husband were a pleasure to work with. We had a last minute request for an early checkin and they made it happen for us! The house was clean and well appointed with amenities. Will definitely stay here again!"

"The Candy Apple is a beautiful, clean, spacious and well furnished home to rent for you r stay in Lynchburg. We were very impressed with the inside of the house. The beds were super comfy!! The parking is a bit tight. There is a very nice deck to use - unfortunately, carpenter bees galore. The cons were the wifi - we all had trouble - could not get wifi . Lastly, the yard was not useable; glad we did not have children. All in all this house served our purpose very nicely. !!"
