"The Happy Place is a perfect little house. I would have actually liked to know more about the property's history. We were very comfortable there-I loved the old Philco refrigerator that is still running perfectly. Interesting artifacts to explore. The shelving gave me ideas for my own little cottage in PA. "This property is probably the best Vrbo ive stayed at. It had eveything we needed. The house was imaculate and everything eas thought of. The location was within a 15 minute drive of everything we wanted to do. I cant recommend it more. "

"The house was lovely. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean and nicely upgraded with plenty of room. The downstairs bedrooms were quite spacious, and the kitchen provided plenty of utensils. Parking was limited but we only had two cars so that wasn't a problem. Thanks for a great experience, Matt and Rachael!"

"We were in town while our Mom was having surgery at Sanford. The location was perfect for us -- just a 5 minute drive to the hospital and close to the downtown area. My dog loved running around the fenced-in backyard and it was so nice to be able to bring him with. The house was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed during our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again."

"The property was well described. Very luxurious and relaxing. Sauna is excellent. Sun room has beautiful view of yard and neighboring gardens, very nature oriented with bunnies, squirrels and birds. Large screen TV was great. Popcorn was a thoughtful touch. Bed is wonderfully comfortable with equally wonderful pillows."
