"Exactly what we expected "

"The fact that the front desk clerk didn’t tell me she was giving me a room with a broken mirror and vanity after I told her I had 2 kids is crazy. Then I can’t even call cause the room phone is broken. They was no toilet tissue and the room seems like mold and mildew. And only one light worked in the room. I refused to stay there with my kids. And yeah no refund. Never again with kids but hey if you want a hotel for a quickie or just to sleep after a night out or traveling at a cheap price then...

"Property and hotel itself is fine but once the evening hours come around, there’s cars that block the roadway with multiple ATVs circling the hotel property doing wheelies up the road and being loud for hours at a time. cops come once in a while chase them around ,they wear masks on their ATVs, so I assume they’re used to fleeing from the police which they do and then they come back around again once the police vacate the area. Unfortunately, the property is within close proximity to a very poor...

"Hallway to get to room was filled with garbage. Lobby was disorganized with tons of mattresses and dirty ACs stacked. Lobby desk was not inviting. "

"A “you get what you pay for” situation. The surrounding area is awesome. There’s a Wegmans! Plenty of dining options, playgrounds, and Diggerland/Sahara Sam’s. The hotel is ehhhh, definitely old and run down. Breakfast is coffee and maybe food. I went down at 8:50 and everything was gone. It’s just a place to flop. Beds are comfortable enough and the usual cable channels. It served its purpose "

"I was only given one talent and told that my check in was only 41 adult when it was , I wish that there were utensils available even if it was just a rent lock , the fact that there was a stove and size refrigerator! The front desk, gentlemen could have been a lot more welcoming.He seems to hate his job and his life.I don't know...."

"Clean room, would stay again"

"The room was very nice, even had robes. One thing was the blasting strobe light from the smoke detectors on the wall. It was very bright and hard to sleep with it going off every 3 minutes or so. Told the staff when leaving that that was annoying."

"Requested a non smoking room. Room had a strong smoke odor. Stayed in the jacuzzi tub king room. THE FLOORS WERE atrocious. Walk around and your feet turn black automatically. Definitely need to take a mop to the floors. Pillows lumpy and bed was hard as a rock. Only good thing was the shower pressure however the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Look elsewhere for your money…."
