"Stayed here for Monster mania con with our daughter. I was happy with our stay. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable. Had a coffee spot and onsite resturant. The food was decent. Only issue was parking. They do not guarantee a parking spot for guests staying at the hotel in their parking lot which caused us to park on a side street. "

"Nice stay, I enjoyed the bridge riverview from my room, but when I started wiping everything down it wasnt as clean as it appeared. A lot of dust and dirt on the light switches and surfaces. The restaurant was nice, but my entree wasnt salted (short ribs) and the drink tower (martini flight) came after all the food. It tasted horrible. Also, the parking was $30 and its just a parking lot. They should have it included in your night stay. Im not sure if I would stay again."

But only one confirmation number - because it was all under one account - confusing because they only pulled up the name & not both rooms -fully booked no avail rooms - the other party had to go to another hotel - I gave them the other persons name & they found the room. "Wonderful breakfast and the staff that served the breakfast were wonderful also. Always keeping everything clean. Tasha in Housekeeping was awesome!! Always kept up with plenty of towels and whatever else we needed. And Craig at the front desk was very helpful especially with the parking..."

"Requested a non smoking room. Room had a strong smoke odor. Stayed in the jacuzzi tub king room. THE FLOORS WERE atrocious. Walk around and your feet turn black automatically. Definitely need to take a mop to the floors. Pillows lumpy and bed was hard as a rock. Only good thing was the shower pressure however the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Look elsewhere for your money…."
