"The apartment was updated and lovely. Gorgeous views, balcony off living room and bedroom. Efficiently laid out and comfortable. Kitchen stocked with equipment. Front desk personnel friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub great. Flippers restaurant delicious. Construction nearby means walking to the beach isn’t exactly allowed. "

"This place was perfect! View was absolutely amazing- so much wildlife right outside your window! Close proximity to Lovers Key Beach national park where we found so many amazing shells! Highly recommend."

"Had everything one would need for a few nights stay. Plenty of extra towels and blankets, the ac was nice and cold when needed and the space was clean. Nice, quiet surrounding area with a Walmart and a gas station within walking distance. Need transportation for night life in the downtown area. Definitely could have used some black out curtains on some of the windows throughout the space. "

"The property is very, very nice. The owner upgrades were beautifully done. The location is absolutely perfect with short walks to 5th Ave. S and the beach. This property is a gem. Highly recommend!"

"Fantastic property in Cape Coral. We unfortunately battled Tropical Storm Betty but still managed to squeeze in a lot of hot tub & pool time. Close to Fort Meyers Beach & Sanibel Island, our other favs. Would definitely come back! "
