"Was only in the house for a night to attend a friend's nearby retirement party. Nice townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Shawn, the owner, was extremely responsive and worked with us on an early check-in and responded to all of our questions promptly. I'm not sure I'll ever need to visit Clarksville again, but if I do I'll stay here and recommend you do too!"

"i was attending my Son in Law retirement from the Army. The location was perfect. The townhome was very nice and was beyond expectations. it is a do over"

"This was the perfect property for our family of 3. The home was clean and had everything you could need, especially when traveling with a child. We loved the screened in sun room, hot tub, spacious yard, and playset! Having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus too. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Good space , location is good. Very clean and comfortable . Its a 2 story location with the bedrooms up stairs , the garage is locked off or was when we were there so i wish the photos of it wasnt in the listing but otherwise everything was very accurate as far as i remember we would definitely rent again we come to the area alot due to family."

"Was asked to cancel booking and rebook outside of VRBO. The lighter for the fireplace (the only source of heat) did not work, and there was no Kinlin for the fire to get light. The path to the yurt was confusing and not clear. I had to book a hotel room at 11:00 at night after arriving from my wedding. One of the worst experiences of my life. I will be conactacting VRBO when I get back from my honeymoon."

"Very clean and attractive property. Easy to communicate with host. Some supplies were not adequate for the length of our stay like toilet paper, garbage bags, and toiletries. Otherwise, it was a nice stay."

"We arrived on Friday afternoon. The house was beautiful, with a very nice yard and patio! There were 4 generations stying together! The big kids even loved the game room with a pool table! We loved the open floor plan of the kitchen and living room! We will have another graduation in 2 years and I hope we will be able too stay here again!!"

"It was a nice stay. It was perfect for what we needed. We had issues logging in to the internet and reached out to the owners. Very responsive and very helpful. I would stay here again."
