"It was a blessing staying here. The weather was marginal, however if you pop out on the deck, there are tuis, fantails, and black swans popping past. It's a great spot. Thanks."

"Really enjoyed the location. Was able to take long walks on the beach while still being close to Dunedin for access to its restaurants. House was large enough for multiple adults and had both washer and dryer which was convenient as this was a stop in a longer trip. We really appreciated the electronic keypad entry since we had people coming and going on different schedules. Would definitely stay hear again if I was ever in the area."

"We enjoyed our short stay. The bed, shower and heat pump were excellent. Hayley was very responsive to our queries. Better weather would have allowed us to experience the deck and environment!"

"Beautiful cottage, cozy and very well appointed with so many charming features! The property manager was so responsive and very friendly! The neighborhood, like most places in Dunedin, is very hilly, so be ready for some cardio if you plan to walk! "

"Great stay, everything we needed apart from a cork screw wine bottle opener!! With no electric blankets on the beds the hotties were great to find in the cupboard and helped to some extent. Sunny and warm, great Heatpump, easy lockbox check in. Definitely stay again "

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this charming home—it was everything it promised to be and more. The house was warm, cozy, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit.While we were initially surprised that the bathroom was located just off the main cottage, through a breezeway, it was well-heated and thoughtfully set up, so it didn’t pose any inconvenience at all. "Beautiful old house in a great neighborhood with an excellent view overlooking the downtown area. This was billed as a 1.5 bathroom house. I would call it a one bathroom house. Getting seven people around in the morning with only one toilet was a challenge. Also, though listed as “sleeps seven” you’ll pay a hefty “extra guests” fee over and above the listed price if you’re actually planning on having more than two guests, which seems sort of deceptive. "

"Prasad and his family are the most generous hosts we have had the good fortune to meet. Being unfamiliar with what is meant in NZ by “backyard sleep-out”, I was not expecting to need to go into the main house for a shower, to have no hot water, or to have no running water in the kitchenette. When it came time for us to leave at the end of our stay, we felt like part of the family because of the shared facilities, and a solution to our error regarding the dates of our stay."
