"Dinging the review one star due to the ridiculous valet parking rate of $55 but the staff did mention the parking garage option for basically half the price. Walkable distance to slot of the downtown area. Overall amenities were nice just the crazy valet parking rates were the main negative for this hotel."

"The price was affordable so long as you book during a week day, if you book during the weekend you’re going to be paying way more than the you should considering the quality of this hotel. "They put me in a room right behind or in front of the Costco warehouse truck Depot. The blackout curtains did not close all the way and the noise from the Costco sucked. The room smells very musty. The TVs were the smallest I've ever seen in any hotel room anywhere across the United States. The phone in the room did not work. The pool didn't have a heater."

"The parking lot was well lit and accessible. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the location to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. And the room was cheap. However, the ratings didn’t match up to the actual room. The room needed maintenance, like grouting around bathroom tiles was missing and the carpet was dirty and sticky. The evening staff was slow to come to the counter for check in. I wish we stayed somewhere else for our multi-day stay."
