Amazing 2 storey luxury villa just 75 metres from the sea. Sleeps up to 9 people. Available for short term lets. Ideal for large or combined families. Very few villas of this high standard exist this close to the beach. Full WIFI available. Cosy lounge/dining room. Fully equipped, spacious kitchen. Bathroom & utility room downstairs. Large shady terrace leading on to the private garden and swimming pool. Fabulous sunny balcony with views of the sea, garden & pool.

Beautifully furnished & airy.
2 Double rooms.
1 Twin room.
1 room with Bunk beds and a sturdy pull-out bed for a 3rd small person.
All rooms have plenty of built in wardrobe space.

KITCHEN Spacious, open plan, country-style kitchen. All modern appliances.
Dishwasher, fridge, cooker hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, coffee machine.
6-10 seater dining table can be used inside the kitchen or outside on the shaded terrace.

LIVING ROOM Comfortable living room with 2 Sofas, 2 arm chairs & coffee table. Decorative fireplace. Television with local channels. DVD player. 2 sets of table and chairs for 4. & 6

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Notes on accommodation:
Fan, cot, buggy, high-chair, wheelchair, etc. are available for hire in resort. Ask at time of booking for current prices and availability.

Outside:
Private Swimming Pool. Designed for children and adults. Roman steps from the shallow end. Depths ranging from 60 cm. sloping down 200 cms. Heated, by the sun. 350 m2 private garden surrounding the villa. 25 m2 covered terrace. Outside shower and wc.

Other:
As the house is designed in an 'L' shape, the covered terrace in the centre acts as an extension to the villa. There is ample space for families to relax at meal times or use as a place to rest in the heat of the day.

Washing machine and deep freezer

Special interest holidays:
There is a dive centre in Cala Blanca bay. They arrange trips for experienced divers and Try Dives for novices. All welcome.

Coast/Beach:
This villa is very special as it is only 75 meters from the beach. Here you can hire sunbeds, parasols & pedalos. There are sunbathing platforms along the rocks. The bay has a restricted area for bathers where no boats are allowed which means safe swimming & snorkelling for all the family.
The local restaurants which line the bay are friendly and welcoming.

Travel:
Airport = 50kms. Bus stop = 40 metres (buses to Ciutadella via Santandria & Sa Caleta or Son Xoriguer via Cap d'Artrutx & Cala'n Bosch). Car Hire not essential but recommended for at least day or two to explore this amazing island.

Distances:
Ancient capital Ciutadella = 4kms. (Market days Friday & Saturday). Cala'n Bosch 5kms (aqua park, karting, horse riding, dazzling marina, 1/2 day boat trips, boat hire, sailing, kayaking).

Further Details:
50 metres away are a few shops & bars, ideal for popping out for that quick pint of milk.
Nearest restaurants are on the beach.
Main commercial centre with lots more shops, bars and restaurants, plus chemist and cash machines is on the other side of the bay. About 400 metres away.
There are plenty of places for you to hire cars or bikes at reasonable rates in Cala Blanca.
Nearest Banks and Tobacconists are in Ciutadella.
High Season it is best to pre-book your car hire from home.

Tres agreable sejour

Maison familiale tres confortable et bien placée. Nous avons profité et de la mer et de la jolie piscine . La proximité de Ciutadella , ville tres agreable, est un atout de plus. Kirstin et Angel sont des hotes discrets et arrangeants. La maison etait prete des notre sortie du bateau , ce qui etait tres important avec 2 bébés de 5 et 7 mois par cette chaleur . Très bonne adresse . Merci Kirstin et Angel

Beautiful Villa

The villa was very large with a large and had a large pool that kept me and my family very happy. The location is perfect with many restaurants within walking distance. The only improvement I could recommend would be A/C in the bedrooms. But other than that it was amazing.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen

Wir hatten 10 schöne Tage in dieser schönen Finca. Man muss aber auch dazu sagen, dass die Parkplatz Situation in den Straßen recht katastrophal sind. Unsere Mietwagen wurden mehr als einmal von anderen gerammt… dafür kann die Finca natürlich nichts. Die Nachbarn waren auch etwas sehr empfindlich ….zur Siesta Zeit hatten wir natürlich Verständnis. Sobald die Kinder etwas lauter im Pool gespielt haben, kamen sie sofort angelaufen und haben gemeckert. Im Hochsommer sollte man auch daran denken, dass sich keine Klimaanlage im Haus befindet. Es war wirklich sehr heiß…Aber dies war uns natürlich bewusst. Die Gegend ist sehr belebt, abends war es bis nach Mitternacht laut in der Umgebung. Wer also einen ruhigen Finca Urlaub plant, sollte eher nicht in diese Gegend fahren. Die wunderschöne Bucht ist nur 2 min zu Fuß entfernt.Mit Wasserschuhen, kann man direkt von den Felsen in das herrliche Meer springen. Eine Leiter an den Felsen kann man aber auch benutzen falls man sich nicht traut zu springen. Fazit, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit Freunden und geben für alles 4 Sterne ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Villa “Sa Tanca”. Cala Blanca, Menorca

This place is a gem of a place to stay. My family of 9 have just returned from a fabulous trip there. The Villa was outstanding and located in a prime location, being close to the beach and shops and only a 10minute car journey to the wonderful city of Ciutadella. Will definitely return here in the future.

Happy Relaxed Holiday at Sa Tanca

The villa is spacious and ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The pool and grounds are private and immaculately kept. Felt like a home rather than just a holiday let. Highly recommended.

Grown family holiday

5 adults from 28 to 65 stayed for a week of relaxation. Found plenty to do in the area and the busses were great for trips out, no need to hire a car.Kirstin was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, lovely villa

We had a lovely stay, Kirstin was very helpful and responsive and has lots of very useful local knowledge. Thank you Kirstin! We loved the pool and the open plan layout, but not having aircon was a bit of an issue for us. Fans don't really cut it when the temperature is in the high 30's! The location of the villa was perfect for us, close to the beach, restaurants and a small supermarket. More restaurants and a bigger supermarket are about a 10 minute walk away. We'd also highly recommend the bus into Ciutadella, regular and reliable service and very cost effective! Ciutadella is a beautiful port town, very picturesque and a great atmosphere in the evenings.

Tolles Haus, schöner Pool und gute Lage

Wir haben 14 Tage in diesem Haus gewohnt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Größe des Hauses, die überbaute Terrasse, der große Pool und die gute, ruhige Lage. Es gab ein paar Dinge, die wir nicht so gut gefunden haben, aber die haben unseren Urlaub nicht sonderlich beeinträchtigt. Danke an Kirstin, die uns viele Informationen gegeben hat und immer für uns erreichbar war.
