"This is a huge hotel but not completely updated and they tried to charge us for parking at a rate of $10 dollars a day but they clearly had a sign that said parking was a courtesy to the guest of the hotel. Would like to know who was just pocketing the fees to park. Other guests were smoking Marijuana in their room across the hall from us with children in the room with them. Did let the woman know that was going on at the front desk several times. I don't think we can honestly recommend this...

"The hotel has continued to improve, they have freshened up the place, the stay was fine my only complaint is the bed pillows were horrible, they were as light as a cotton ball, seriously I slept on 3 pillows .
Breakfast could have been warmer, pastries/ bagels/ bread are not intended to be served cold out of the cooler"

"We arrived late on a Friday night and waited 20 mins at the front desk to get checked in without an apology. The room was clean except for hairs all over the floor. The shower and sink water never got hot and the elevator was extremely wonky. Breakfast was run of the mill, nothing to write home about. I think the item that stood out the most was how unfriendly and sanitized the staff was. Not sure if it was a bad weekend or what, but we probably won't book here again."

"Very small room. No in-room coffee. No microwave. No chair other than desk chair. Hardboard base of bed sticks out beyond the mattress. My wife and I both banged our shins twice, because there's no room to move around. We had reserved an
" accessable" room but when we checked in we were told the "accessable" room was not cleaned yet. We reserved two nights, but we left after one night. Breakfast consisted of waffles, toast, cold cereal or donuts. Way below what we expected. We didn't eat."

Due to a personal plan change unrelated to Hampton Inns, I did not get a chance to try the complementary breakfast. The hotel was very convenient to areas along the west I-10 corridor."
