"Property is at the end of downtown. It is a 2 minute walk to the free Bar Harbor trolley that can take you around town and even to the other side of the harbor. But downtown is all walkable from TugBoat. Our room was attached to the Tugboat which is the restaurant. The rooms are basic but comfortable and the shower has some of best water pressure I have ever experienced. Checkin was a breeze and the staff is very helpful in making sure you know your parking options and how to get to your room...

"The staff at this hotel are exceptional. The hotel rooms are clean, the bed linens soft and unscented detergents appear to be used. Which is a great plus for sensitive individuals. I didn’t partake in breakfast, except for tea, I was impressed with the quantity of food and the large attendance. Parking is more than sufficient and security cameras monitor the area. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great little inn right on the cove, 10 mins to Booth Bay Area harbor. Great view from balcony. Rooms are updated, nice size, and bed was really comfy with nice sheets. Wonderful full breakfast & free parking is always appreciated. Owners are super nice. Love it and will be back."
