"We’ve been coming to Lake City for over 30 yrs. This trip was a “reunion” trip and an introduction to some of our family. This was the first time we spent a couple nights in town before moving to cabins out on the way to Cinnamon Pass. It was a great way for the family coming from different parts of the US to meet up.There were 11 of us and the house was perfect. "Great location to walk to Ouray Hot Springs (right across the parking lot), river walk and up Main Street. The condo has great set up for multi generational family sleeping arrangements. The 4 floors were great for youngsters to play hide and seek and for everyone to spread out. It even worked so one of us could spend the morning in private working. "

"Outstanding property. You can walk anywhere. Excellent kitchen/ grill for cooking, plus a lovely deck on the river for outdoor dining. Our hostess was extremely responsive. We hope to return again soon, and would highly recommend the property to anyone, especially if soaking in the hot springs is part of your itinerary."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ouray. The property is in a quiet location with plenty of comfortable options for rest and relaxation both indoors and out. The kitchen was very well appointed, which was appreciated. Communication with the host was easy and replies always prompt. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We had a fabulous time exploring the area, largely in part to having this property as our home base. We would not hesitate to book this property again."

"Clean and simple place for a family to stay. We stayed here during a road trip with our three very young children. The home is mostly child proof. There were a few breakable items that we had to keep an eye on to make sure our toddlers didn't get into (cups and bowls for example). It was a perfect pit stop for us and was easy to check in. Could not have been much better."

"We had an amazing time during our one week stay. The house had everything that we needed during our stay. The property is located down a LONG dirt road that is dusty. Would definitely stay again, however, I do suggest an oxygen bottle if you are "out of shape". "

"We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"The occasion we came together for was a somber one as we were there for my mother’s memorial service but this place provided a comfortable and perfectly located place with so much space. It gave us a place to come Together as family and spend quality time together and create lifelong memories with family we do not get to see very often because we live so far apart. Thank you for giving a place to grieve yet embrace one another. It was perfect for what we needed."

"This property was in a great location (appeared to be new development) and was extremely clean and nicely decorated. My husband and I didn't use the game room but it looked like it would be great for kids. The hosts were easy to contact and very accommodating. My favorite part was the lake down the street; it was very relaxing to walk down there and see and hear the birds enjoying the setting. We were very satisfied with our stay here! "
