"The cabin was true to description and photos. Very clean and orderly. The area is quiet and well kept. All wonderful and restful."

"Older place but fitting for the area and all the side by sides and jeeps going out on the Alpine Loop. Had a lot of fun in town and the surrounding areas are breath taking."

"Great little place in the cutest little town! Beautiful drive north and south of town. We included drives to Black Canyon of the gunnison national park and Telluride - million dollar highway and half million was more like another million!"

"The check-in instructions were clear, the place was extremely clean, pet friendly was a must for me, and the place was located near town so it was easy to walk everywhere."

"Clean, great location, and pet-friendly. Very comfortable stay, easily accessible to downtown stores and shops. Loved it"

"Jim’s property is the perfect place to stay in Lake City. We were only 3 people but this would be a great spot for a family gathering. I grew up in a historical part of CT so this home took me back to my childhood surroundings. We rode motorcycles there and Jim offered to bring over 3 pieces of wood for our kickstands to park in the wet gravel. He really went above and beyond and was a great host! Plenty of coffee and things to cook with if that’s important to you!"

"We had the most amazing time at the Cannon Creek Cabin. The views were stunning, the cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed getting up early and watching the sunrises. This place is definitely worth the 10 rating! Also, Ridgway and Ouray are close by with lots of good food and shops, plus Box Canyon Falls and The Million Dollar Highway. You will truly enjoy every minute at this cabin."
