"I stayed at Nine Tree 2 Myeongdong Hotel for a few nights. The main issues were the weak shower water pressure — it was really hard to rinse off properly — and the air conditioner, which just wasn’t cold enough, especially on warmer days. On the positive side, the staff were very responsive when I needed help. When I asked to borrow a fan, they brought one to my room almost immediately. There was also one occasion when the toilet got clogged, and the maintenance team fixed it very quickly. The...

"清掃は丁寧でとても気持ちが良いです。メールでのやりとりも問題なく対応していただけて助かりました。チェックイン前後の荷物預かりも無料で受けてくれます。上の階の共同のスペースもとても綺麗で眺めも良かったです。部屋は狭いですが、大きいキャリーでなければ部屋の隅で開け閉め出来ると思います。 1つだけ問題があるとしたら、クーラーです。何故か途中で消えてしまいます。そして水が垂れてきたりもしました。5月だったので、窓を開けて過ごせば問題なく過ごせたので部屋の交換はお願いしなかったけど、夏だったら暑いかな・・・"

"Good breakfast buffet. Centrally located in Seoul with easy access to public transportation. There is a beautiful river/canal promenade nearby that is a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful. However - the hotel is hard to find the first time - even our taxi driver couldn’t find it so we had to walk with our luggage down narrow alleys to get to it. Also the rooms don’t have any cupboards or drawers for storage of clothes if you stay for an extended period of time. "
