"Warm and welcoming and friendly service l. The food and breakfast were really good. I loved the view from my room overlooking the harbor. Good bed, nice and freshly done bathroom with shower. Everything is spotless clean!!! The accommodation is close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay."

"Pros: - Very Clean - Spacious Flat - Very Smart Kitchen - Comfortable Bedding - Very Modern Bathroom - Close to the town and Sea - provided us Fresh Bread, Bacon and Better Cons: - This is a basement Flat and should have been listed as one - It can get rather noisy upstairs with banging and a dog running around - If you are afraid of Dogs, although the connecting door upstairs oppsoite the bathroom is locked, there was a few times the dog was heard near the door. "

"Was only there for one night/day on a quick unexpected trip to the area and the property was just what I needed. Wish I had more time to explore it and have a meal on site, everyone there was helpful and friendly and the place was super cute and peaceful. Great location. Good vibe. "

"Very quiet House in the hills above Penzance. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is provided in the rooms with a small kitchen. Muesli, cornflakes, coffee and tees, fresh fruits and bread are available. "

"Nice spacious, airy and tastefully decorated room with all the necessary accessories and features. The service was excellent and friendly. "Location is amazing right at the seafront, and you just can't beat that. Reception staff was helpful (allowed me to check in 1h earlier). Breakfast was delicious, promptly served and the dining room staff was(especially the lady with the long black hair, missed her name). It's definitely worth the stay."

"The property was very well maintained clean and comfortable. Parking was just up the road where there was plenty of room at the side of the road. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The POD was great for a couple of nights but wouldn't have been suitable for a longer stay due to its size. The POD is in the owners garden. It was a 20 minute walk from St. Ives Harbour but there was a bus stop a short walk away."
