"This was our second stay at the Casablanca Hotel and we just love it. The hotel is quaint and beautiful. The staff are wonderful. The location is fantastic. We walked all over for wonderful shopping, the theatre, dining and Central Park. The second floor continental breakfast is lovely with drinks and snacks all day. A serene gathering place. "Room was clean and nice, decent pizza shop across the street, nearby grand central. A/c was a little wacky in our room where it was either really cold or too warm but regardless wasn’t bad. "

"Very friendly staff - welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious, well appointed, and clean. We didn’t take advantage of breakfast, but enjoyed cocktails in the lobby bar and speakeasy. Nice selection and well executed. The hotel is nicely located within the theatre area, but just far enough from Times Square that it doesn’t feel chaotic the instant you walk out. Subway options are very close by, as well as plenty of eating choices. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"The ‘cosy room’ is as described, don’t expect a lot of space for storage or swinging cats. And don’t expect a huge lobby. However, the attention to detail, design, and innovative use of space is fantastic throughout. "This hotel was the perfect area for our family with small children. It was walkable and near multiple metro stations making travel to different areas very easy. It was near enough to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Broadway shows that we were always near enough to the action without being in a super noisy area. The hotel itself is very nice and even had a bathtub for the kids— a must after 20,000 step days. "

"Amenities were definitely mediocre and not up to par compared to the price of the hotel room. The breakfast restaurant on the main floor had rude waiters and the breakfast was definitely overpriced and not worth it. The bed was the best part."
