"This was our first time at this property. It was not during peak season so I don't know how it gets during peak season but as far as I know, the hotel was full as it's not that large. The room was wonderful. We were in room 12. I had a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean and the beach our own walkway to the beach. The temperature in the room is comfortable. We had full access to the AC. The refrigerator and the little kitchen area was quite handy. The basket for breakfast was a nice touch and...

"They canceled my reservation within hours of me arriving. Then they wanted me to pay about 50% for a room I had already paid. Thankfully Expedia helped me but not the hotel. "

"Property was nice with a good location right in the center of downtown and close location to all restaurants and shops. Breakfast is included, I would say it’s more of a quick grab snack than breakfast, although I must say they have great cookies and desserts available all day. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights and it was good for the price we paid (less expensive than other hotels in the area). The room was very spacious, including a huge entryway. It was helpful to have that space to serve as a buffer to the noise outside in the hallway from the elevator and ice machine. The fridge in the room was large . The walls were paper thin though - we could hear everything coming from the room next door, including when we were in the bathroom (we could hear them using the toilet)....

"My experience was pretty bad. They were playing music till one in the morning. You could hear the base in my room.All night my tub would not drain when I took a shower and then a lady knocked on my door at nine o'clock to ask me if I drove a certain car and I did not.And I told them what I drove never again"

"Excellent location, easy self-checkin, responsive offsite staff. The room was cozy, clean, and included everything I needed. The only issue was noise - I could hear the people who checked-in above me from 5 pm till they finally went to bed a little after midnight. People seem oblivious to how easily impact noise travels in old NE construction. My room was also overlooking the parking lot and noise carried up easily from that."

"The hotel was hard to find since the sign was covered over and didn't have the new name of the hotel. It's a bit out of the way, other that that we had a comfortable stay with a decent bed and nice bathroom. The TV should be replaced, it was small 20 or 32 inch model from a decade or two back. We wanted to watch the hokey game, but it was too frustrating with the small size and black dots on the screen."

"This hotel is “tired”. It’s time for a refurbishment. Also, hair from previous guest was in the bathroom and there was a large ant walking across the bathroom floor."
