"Cute little lodge . The front desk is open only 9 to 5. Provisions are made for coming and going after hours. Parking is directly behind the building. Free 8pm to 8am . 50 cents an hour otherwise. Easy to pay with app. Location is convenient for theaters and restaurants. You can walk everywhere. Hotels in this area are very high priced and this one is no exception, but a little less than the big chains. We therefore chose the least expensive room with a king bed as we were staying only 1 night...

"The room was nice and pretty, and we were able to get in a little early, but I did not feel as though it was that clean. the room smelled musty in some areas, and there were spiders in others. I am glad we were there for only one night."

"It is a very large hotel. It has anything you could ask for in an hotel for convenience on the property. Everyone was accommodating and helpful. This was an unplanned stop added last minute and our stay on the sixth floor with a back room requiring a long walk to elevators was inconvenient for our situation."

"I showed up at the property with a reservation. The booking system was down, so they called the IT department who said it would be up in 30 minutes. I gave them 45 minutes and it was still down. Meanwhile, they did not even offer me a chair to sit on. I offered to give them cash to get a room and they refused it. Perhaps they needed the IT system to be up in order to generate a key code code. They did say there were a couple other hotels withing walking distance - I did not have a car....

"The property was clean and served its purpose. However, the room was too small for a kitchen. There was no sitting area, and only one nightstand. We could have used 2 chairs. Also, we were given pods for the coffee maker but only 2 coffee and the rest were tea. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Bring your own."

"This place is an absolute gem. Walking distance to the town center, free easy parking, immaculate room and thoughtful hosts made for a perfect escape. Cannot recommend this place enough and will always stay here if we take another Rockport trip."
