"Brilliant hotel. The reception staff are immensely friendly and helpful and always greeted guests on arrival and return to the property. Rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast has a good range of sweet and savoury options with hot/cold food available. Location is perfect, located a 2 minute walk from Oktogon metro station/tram stops. Major attractions are quickly accessible. Plenty of shops and restaurants located nearby too. Overall the condition of the hotel was great however there were a couple of minor issues within my room, hence the slightly lower rating in this area, namely a loose light switch upon entering the room and the shower head has a slight crack/hole in the casing. Staff were very attentive and made checking in and out a breeze. "

"Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, man kommt sehr schnell zur Metro, als auch zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten per Fuß hin. Das Hotel ist leise gelegen und auch in einer sicheren und sauberen Gegend, perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Das Zimmer war sauber und täglich kam ein Zimmerservice, welcher sorgfältig und gründlich geputzt hat. Das Personal war immer nett und zuvorkommend und hat bei Problemen sofort geholfen.
