"Love this hotel. It's an easy ride from the main train station and easy to find. The staff at check-in were very nice and helpful. The inside of the hotel is lovely. Our room, a Superior Twin, is small, but the storage, bathroom, and Nespresso machine are well organized to make the best use of the space. "The reason I booked the hotel was for the New York Cafe and the breakfast the next day at the Cafe as well. Since you get to sit in the White Room and you get better views and pictures. The staff at the restaurant was superb and friendly, but not so much when you check in at the front desk. "The hotel is in a good location for transit- close to Octagon. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Rooms are very nice with modern amenities- great shower. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the less than enthusiastic front desk and breakfast staff. They were fine- but not welcoming or enthusiastic to make your stay special. Overall a really good hotel at a moderate price point. Would recommend for sure."

"Stayed near the Oktagon, and they have excellent windows. It was cool enough to keep them closed at night and despite being on a busy street, it was quiet. Rooms appear to be recently renovated and clean. The hotel is conveniently located on major transit routes. Neumi, one of the friendly receptionists, was extremely helpful with valuable information about transit, attractions and travel beyond Budapest. A great place to centre your vacation in Budapest. 35 euros for a cab from the airport."
