"The property is in central location and everything was accessible. The tram 28 route is also from front of the hotel. There is a famous pastel de nata bakery, a grocery store and live music every night by local artists. The property however is an old building with squeaky flooring. Since I was in the room that had a shared bathroom, middle of the night if I were to get up , there was some walk to the washroom and it would be noisy. The check in process was no contact, so I didn’t meet any...

"Very nice accommodations. Very friendly staff. Clean room. Lots of stairs if on top floor. Water was always hot. Neighbourhood felt safe and quiet. It is also a very quick and safe walk to good dining, shops, and tourist areas."
