"Had a handicapped room which had multiple grab bars (great) in bathroom; however, it was a tub vs shower, so difficult to step in VERY high tub. Beds were not comfortable. Room was clean; check-in agent friendly; CB was nice."

They charge a 5 dollar parking fee which yes is small but it’s not like it’s in a city. But if you need a place to put your head down for the price it works."

"The breakfast and service is outstanding. I love the lobby and the outdoor area which has the fire pit and grill for family and friends. The indoor pool and efficiency rooms make it a great location for a family reunion. We also really appreciated the security feature attached to our room key that is required for elevator access. Manager Scott and the desk assistant on June 22 at 11:00 am were both attentive and helpful. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"This was the second year we chose to stay here for a baseball tournament. For the price it can’t be beat. Our King room was large, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful to have - we ate most of our meals at the table and chairs provided. I rise much earlier than my husband and enjoyed the two minute drive to Wawa (also within walking distance- just not for me) for a coffee while watching the planes landing at the Richmond Airport across the street. "We only stay over night between flights. We were extremely impressed by the staff. Every encounter was friendly, polite, helpful, and welcoming. Both shuttle drivers were beyond pleasant. Desk staff smiled, had pleasant personalities, and were extremely helpful. The restrooms (in room & in lobby) were clean and stocked. Housekeeping held open elevator doors while wishing us a pleasant evening. The room was clean, neat and stocked. All employees treated these two weary, tired and frazzled...
