"We travel a lot and this was really bad stay for us. Bed very uncomfortable, hurt all night, could not sleep. Also very noisy from all around room, you can hear people talking, coughing, snoring, slamming doors and kids crying. We did not sleep at all. Breakfast was very poor selection. Definitely do not recommend and will not stay again."

"The lobby was beautiful and very well maintained, but unfortunately the actual room did not match the price point. For nearly $200 a night, the room felt underwhelming and unfinished. It smelled strongly of fresh paint, and early in the morning there were workers banging on the walls, which made it difficult to rest.
The bed was by far the biggest disappointment. The mattress had no support whatsoever and sagged badly in the middle. I woke up with significant back pain and did not sleep...

"I arrived and was told very little about the property until I asked about amenities. I asked for feather pillows and he practically laughed, “no this is all we got” then to learn that the hottub (one main reason I chose it) was not working. In the morning when I I left I placed the “please clean early” tag for my room and then returned at 6 pm it wasn’t touched, garbage not removed, only one fresh towel, no bed made.
