"The rooms were not clean. I went to three different rooms on two different floors. One of the rooms has a bug on the shower and the floor was dirty. The other two rooms smelled of smoke and the floor was dirty. We bought our own small vacuum cleaner from Walmart next door to clean the floor!
The staff was exceptional! Brittany was the front desk clerk and she was most helpful, friendly and apologetic for the condition of the rooms.
This hotel has so much potential! Just needs to be cleaned...
