Good location. Next to a waterfront park. As described. All the negatives were there were no sheets for the fold out couch, the blinds in the master bedroom did not seem to work in the makeshift curtains that were created did not stay up, and the lamp in the living room had a broken switch so you could not turn it on.

Great Chelan apartment.

Checkin process was all digital, zero human contact. Directions were clear. Apartment was clean and contained all the amenities. Deck has water view and easy walk to the park/beach. The deck needed some attention, bathroom door did not close properly, one of the toilets was plugged upon arrival and the bedroom blinds had been replaced with ill fitting curtains velcroed to the window.

Awesome weekend getaway

The property was clean and the manager was above and beyond helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub were so warm which makes this even more fun as a winter getaway compared to most places. The WiFi was excellent for streaming and video conference. Plenty of towels and blankets. Just wish they would stock with coffee and sugar (we were given fair warning to bring our own, but would be nice to provide).

Pleasant condo!

I’ve stayed at some rental units at other location where the pictures make the place look much nicer than it really is but not this place! I found it to be just as depicted online which was a pleasant surprise! It was clean, had great lighting, homey but still decorated tastefully & a great location in Spokane! The check in & out process was also really easy! I’d stay here again for sure!!

Fort Knox

We arrived at our resort site at 6:00 pm. Our access codes for the gates didn’t work. The office was closed. No phone number was available. Finally we found an access point through the parking garage level. The next day I spoke with three other families who also said their codes didn’t work on the gate. They too could access from the garage elevators. Once we were in the room our room was nice with a small balcony looking at another hotel and the lake. The washing machine needs repair. It’s spin cycle is off balance and very very loud. The hide a bed is very uncomfortable. The springs are thicker than the mattress and poke through your shoulder blades and lower back. The two bathrooms both have broken toilet seats which swivel. Lake Chelan is a beautiful area and we didn’t spend much time in this unit.

Less than mediocre stay

The first thing that met us was an unpleasant smell. Thankfully it aired out after a day. The couch table is so scuffed it’s not even worthy of Salvation Army. The glass table on the balcony wasn’t wiped since the last visitor. The beds are extremely uncomfortable with thick memory foam. The springs below made every toss and turn even more noticeable. There were 4 wineglass, 2 white and 2 red. Serisouly, does anyone check the inventory? And before you book, be mindful that in top of the price comes a couple of extra $100 for cleaning, taxes, service etc. we ended up paying over $700 for a place that was originally listed as $250-ish. We will most definitely never return.

Condo is small with full size beds and an uncomfortable pullout couch.

Pool and spa were closed. We were not told about this prior to arrival. Neighbor upstairs partied until 4am. Walls are thin and sleep was impossible. Not worth the price. We left after 2 nights on a 4 night vacation.

Cozy feeling, spacious living

For a sisters' vacation, this was perfect! Wonderful instant fireplace, lake view, giant bathrooms and bedrooms were favorite things. Generous kitchen and living room for fixing meals and doing hobbies. Good location, close but not too close to town. Very clean unit, tastefully decorated. Recommend staying here; we hope we can come back! Highly recommend Blueberry Hills for breakfast, a very pretty drive to Manson on other side of the lake. (Go early!)

2 Vanity Lights Not Working, Living Room Remote Not Working and Overall Odor in the Condo

The condo location is great however the unit was very disappointing; would not recommend this unit. The remote in the living room was not working. The TV was mounted above the fireplace and extremely difficult to change the channels manually. 2 of the bathroom vanity lights were burned out and not operational. There is no natural lighting in the bathroom so the bathroom was dim. There is an odor to the unit that did not completely go away-even with the patio door open For the cost of renting this unit, it is disheartening that the items above were not corrected. I would have anticipated that these items should have been checked prior to renting through a quality control system. This unit, compared to a similar unit in the same complex did not even come close to the same standards as my family members' unit.
