"Entrance had a bad smell. Carpet needs cleaning. Room dirty with beads all over room. Heat worked til around midnight. Radiators. No heat. Area rug in bedroom and bedspreads need to be freshened up or different ones. Looked drab and not very clean. No extra blankets. Beds were ok. Kitchen very clean. Bathroom sink still had toothpaste in from previous guest. Overall a 3. "

"The staff was so courteous and generous!!! 5+ stars!! Our room was so clean and had VERY special treats waiting for us, plus a note for my son’s bday. A special touch.
We’ve stayed here numerous times but I don’t know why I haven’t taken the time to write anything until now. We’ve never had anything but spectacular service and experience!! Highly recommend a stay for your family, you, or a whole bunch of you! "

"We loved the location and we enjoyed a very nice, clean room. The only thing was below expectations, was the tv, as it didn't work very well. However, we didn't visit Denver to watch tv, but it was something that can be fixed easily. The bathroom was impeccable, the view from our 16th level room was superb. Overall, very happy and we'll go back in the near future without hesitation. "

"Room was clean and very modern. Elevator moves slightly more than I expected (more than up and down) it wiggles. But the surrounding area seems safe. There is a near by pizza place that is really good and Walgreens just down one block if you need something. Breakfast was good. No pool or hot tub"
