"The hotel was delightful for my super quick trip to Montreal. The room was clean, the staff were kind and welcomed me with a sparkling glass of cider upon arrival, and the complimentary breakfast (which typically consisted of a pastry, fruit, and coffee) was a great touch. We were horribly disappointed in the hotel restaurant where we went for brunch on a Sunday at noon. "Bed was very comfortable, room was basic bedroom, bathroom and shower, room also included a microwave nespresso expresso machine with pods that were refreshed daily and fridge. The location right in old Montreal was amazing so much within walking distance, restaurants, stores and various attractions for all ages. I never saw any of the staff in person, they handled my questions and logistics over the Expedia app. There were times I wished there was a person in the building to talk to. "
