You will love our cozy and comfortable home. You can chill out in the living room on the comfy couch or chair in front of the 55 inch smart TV for all of your streaming shows. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The home is recently renovated and has a like new feel to it.

The house got double booked and we found out the day of when we were already over half way into our 8 hour drive that the booking was being canceled we had made these plans back in February and this was in later half of September

I unfortunately did not get the chance to stay at this location because the owner notified me after booking that the property was not in condition to be used on the dates that I had booked. Despite this, I was still charged for NOT staying due to the owners own conflict. The owner is now not responding to requests to rectify the situation and issued only a partial refund. Avoid this fraudster.

Rescued

After booking a rental through VRBO almost a month ago. We were cancelled 3 days before we were supposed to make our trip. This home was to the rescue. It was nicely set up. We spent more time on the football field. It was about 13 minutes from the sports complex. For an even such as this we would return. The communication was good also.

Rough Start but great communication

At the beginning it was rough checking in for technical reasons and Andrew & his team did a great job helping us through it! They were extremely patient & made sure everything was taken care of at the end of the night. We enjoyed the space we stayed in. It was clean, safe, & provided us a space to visit our family in comfortably.

Quiet Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect for our needs. House was clean and spacious. Property manager was amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Great location

Cute house, great front porch. Updated! Was easy for us to commute to places. Nearby breakfast place. Some simple improvements would have made the stay so much better. * needs towels/ washcloths for bathroom. ( there was only a small selection of mismatched, rag looking towels. * needs a good cleaning. ( mold in shower, floors sticky throughout. Stove not usable as burners smoked with old food residues. Cobb webs in every room with dust coverd lights.) I brought up stove issue via text to owner. They were willing to send a cleaner over immediately. ( we declined& opted to eat out) Overall, it was a good stay. If they got a better cleaning service, i would highly recommend!

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood

We had a great time staying here while we visited family. The property is recently renovated however the cute historical touches like crystal doorknobs were preserved. We had no problems with the A/C or internet. The property looked just like the photos. The only issue that we encountered were that there were no check in instructions and we had to call the property manager for the lock box code. We definitely would stay here again in the future.

Cozy and super clean

Myself and my two daughters rented this cute little house during my visit to see my father. I received a quick response any time I messaged the owner. I was pleased to see how clean and well kept this little house was. I had everything I needed already there. Pots, pans, silverware, plates and even TP and paper towels. The only issue I had was that the three outdoor trash cans were all full so I didn’t have anywhere to put my trash. I set the cans out at the curb in hopes they would get dumped. I got lucky and they did so I was able to take my trash out when I left. Again, that’s the only fault I had so I would most definitely stay here again because we enjoyed that little house. It is located close to a lot of places. There’s a DG and an IGA within walking distance and only minutes from many other shops. It was an exceptional visit.
