"Breakfast was great. Ate in the restaurant which was excellent. On the negative side the wifi was very slow and a bit flaky. In addition we were required to join their club and provide email and phone before we could use it"

"Dobry hotel apartamentowy, położony w zasięgu 10-15 minut spaceru do Ratusza, domów towarowych, a także do portu skąd pływają statki wycieczkowe po porcie i Speicherstadt. Do Elbfilharmonie też 10 minut spaceru. Nasz pokój składał się z salonu z kuchnią oraz osobnej zamykanej sypialni z łazienką. ..."

"Vi hittade rätt så mycket svartmögel i duschen och bad om ett nytt rum. Först ville hotellet att vi skulle betala extra eftersom endast uppgraderade rum fanns kvar. Efter att ha pratat med chefen fick vi till slut byta rum utan extra kostnad. Parkeringen var toppen och rummen var i övrigt fina."

"We loved our stay here, the staff was very friendly and serviceminded and even helped us move room when TV wasn’t working properly and the intial cleaning was a bit off. We had all the things we needed in the apartment, the AC was lovely and the location is great: lots of restaurants very close by ..."
