"The ceiling was leaking liquid down the bathroom wall. The room was not set up for 2 people. There should be a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo, wash gel, etc. Could not figure out how to turn on towel warmer. Upside is the you g lady at the reception desk was very responsive. "

"Staff very friendly and welcoming, always greeted you when you entered. Good facilities for self catering. Rooms a little dated but clean. Good quality bunk beds-not rickety or squeaky. Only negative I would say is the sheets aren’t big enough for the bed-even someone who sleeps like a corpse wouldn’t be able to keep it on the mattress. Overall happy with my experience here and would recommend!"

"The stay was great, my only concern was with Expedia, I booked a room with full breakfast, then moved the day on one day, Expedia changed the date and I paid the difference, what didn’t tell me was the booking now didn’t include breakfast!! The stay at the hotel was great, great position, nice bar."

"Perfect location, lovely spacious room with lots of character and the staff were so delightful. The breakfast was delicious and generous and the evening meal was one of the best we had in Stratford. My only complaint was the door of my room was stiff and had a really quirky lock. It was very difficult to open. Also stairs need new carpet."
