"Not as advertised, could not fit 7 grown people... only room for 4 in beds then had 1 fold-down futon and a click clack sofabed... should be advertised for 4 plus a young child. Interesting set up in the matted bedroom, but those beds were comfy! Did feel like you were in someone else's home and they just stepped out for a minute. Good if very small people, shower very small. Mold in small shower too."

"Old Hall was a beautiful building from the outside, gardens and paths could have been a little more tidy with a bit more TLC. Our room was spacious but dreadfully dirty with Cobwebs on the ceiling, lots of dust on the skirting boards. Pillow case was dreadful with horrible black marks on which was replaced on request but housekeeping should have seen this for sure. Bath / Shower very dated with rusty mechanism for the plug/water system. Protective cover on water pressure tap came off in my hand...
