"The refrigerator made loud noises all night keeping me and my wife up. We also experience noice from construction outside and other guest in the hall! We switched hotels from Andaz to come here thinking it was better based off the ratings and that was the worse decision made. When I told the front desk I was told they couldn’t do anything as far as a discount because we already paid through Expedia."

"Lovely boutique hotel just a few blocks from Grand Central. Area is relatively quiet with so many shops and eateries near by. The property is small with just a few rooms on each floor. The elevators are super fast and require key access. It feels very safe. The rooms are tiny - and yet well appointed, clean and very nice. Loved having plenty of places to plug in devices. Appreciated having a steamer in the room. Great for couples, mom/daughter adventures or singles. Highly recommended."

"I booked a Queen Terrace room at The Gotham Hotel expecting a premium boutique experience, but the condition of the room did not match the category advertised. The terrace window had visible sealing material from leakage and the glass was fogged, affecting the main skyline-view feature I specifically booked. The blackout shade near the desk also did not work. In a follow-up email, General Manager Kristina Tinaj confirmed replacement parts had already been ordered for storm-related window/blind...
