"Terrible terrible rooms and value"

"The location was great .I came with my granddaughter and between the dog museum the New York library the Bryan park and much more we had a great time .The Rooftop of the hotel was great beautiful view great appetizers and drinks .The staff so friendly nice and smiling.The bunk bed was perfect for tje atmosphere for my granddaughter. Great coffee in the morning complementary foro tje hotel in tje breakfast area ."

"The staff were Amazing! Very friendly and helpful! The property wasn’t terrible, it was going for a hip vibe but it was just not at all worth the price we paid, even for New York! The room was clean and relatively quiet given that the Knicks had won Game 3. We weren’t thrilled with Roku and the inability to watch real news channels or at least we couldn’t find them ( MSNow. CNN). Was great to have a fridge in the room. Probably a more ideal hotel for younger people, not older...

"Clean, great location. Rooms are not huge but the ceilings are very high so it makes it feel much more open."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The door to the wardrobe in my room was broken so I didn't feel great about using it. The doors to the room are really heavy and when they close its really loud, especially in a quiet hallway. I don't mind getting up early, but being woken up by a slamming door kinda sucked. The staff seemed a little standoffish but maybe thats just midtown. The price definitely reflects the location more than anything else. The location was great."
