"The rooms were very nice. Very clean. Love that there was no carpet in the rooms. The bathrooms were very modern, clean and well done, the motion detection mirror was a very nice touch. We were horribly disappointed in the hotel restaurant where we went for brunch on a Sunday at noon. The staff seemed to be having a very bad day, we were a group of 8 but the restaurant was empty, there was only one other table with 2 people while we were there. The staff were uninterested in answering questions...

"Everything was really wonderful at Boxotel. The room was so thoughtfully designed to include a full kitchen with dishwasher, a fold out table & chairs, and a washer & dryer. We enjoyed a continental breakfast each morning after the gym. Check in and out were so easy, and the location is perfect. We'll be back to visit Montreal again!"

"Bed was very comfortable, room was basic bedroom, bathroom and shower, room also included a microwave nespresso expresso machine with pods that were refreshed daily and fridge. The location right in old Montreal was amazing so much within walking distance, restaurants, stores and various attractions for all ages. I never saw any of the staff in person, they handled my questions and logistics over the Expedia app. There were times I wished there was a person in the building to talk to. "
