"Excellent location.. few minutes walk to the beach. Close to supermarket and many restaurants that are walkable. The staff are friendly and room was comfortable and clean. The only downside was that it smelled like sewer when walking towards the pool and up to our room. Other than that everything was excellent "

"West bay club is a good value but you’re not getting an all-inclusive resort so factor in renting a car and cost of eating offsite as the dining options on resort are extremely limited. Elevator was out of service for 5 of our 7 days with no alternative option given which wasn’t terrible for us but inconvenient when leaving. Staff was outstanding and service was top notch. "

"The Zenza Hotel was absolutely amazing. It overlooks the marina which was nice. The staff was top notch and very friendly giving great recommendations on dining and activities. When I visit Turks again there’s no question where I’m staying."

"Absolutely the best place to stay! We went for our honeymoon and had such an amazing time. Staff was so incredible and friendly! We enjoyed Saturday especially when local vendors came in. The food was amazing and we got to try so many new things. Blue haven was very underwhelming and we didn’t have access to Salt after taking the shuttle over there. But didn’t let it ruin our time! "Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star."

"Amazing!! The staff, the resort, the beach and graces cottage! We absolutely love this place and will be back. Totally walkable to everything else. I don’t know how anyone can not give this 5 stars. Yes, there is construction everywhere but you are having such a good time you hear nothing. "

"New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are...

"Accommodations were immaculate. Response from hotel was fast and accurate. Hotel is right on the beach. Amenities plentiful and super comfortable.Great stay! One small downside, it's about 10 min from town but there isn't much to do there except to visit Ana's Art Gallery store. Bought a gorgeous vase there (with only their word) that they shipped free. Arrived in a little over a week! Loved Turks and Caicos!"
