"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"The location is great, being a shortish walk into the city with plenty of bus options. The layout of the flat is good for the price but I had some issues with comms with owner - no 'welcome' explaining parking, when access details would be passed on so I had to chase that the day before. Access is easy and great not to worry about keys. In the flat the tower fan didn't work - luckily we were past the 32 degrees plus heat but it was still high 20's. Also limited crockery/glasses, no baking tray...

"It’s an apartment for short term rent which was not clearly described to me. It’s not a full service hotel. The location is good. The biggest problem is the noise from the street. Very loud car and truck all night long. No sound insulation at all."

"Overall, it was a good experience. The room had some stains on the carpet that should be cleaned, and one of the windows had a large crack that needs to be repaired.There is no air conditioning, so during the summer you need to open a window to cool the room enough to sleep. The problem is that the property is on a busy street with a lot of traffic noise, so I found myself choosing between being too hot or dealing with the noise while trying to sleep.On a positive note, the housekeeping staff...

"Excellent base for a visit to Oxford, with the city centre a pleasant half-hour walk across parks to get there. A quiet residential street with some local shops and public transport nearby. Flat was spotless and well furnished with parking out the back. Plenty of space in the kitchen/lounge and a well-equipped kitchen. Host answered any questions quickly and helpfully and no issues with access on arrival. The balcony was an added bonus for coffee in the morning or sitting out in the evening."

As we used the location as a hub to drive from, it was very conveniently located, though the on site parking very tricky, given the requirement for a bus lane permit.
