"Air conditioning wasn't working and it was quite hot and stuffy in the room. No remote control in the room, had to pull the TV plug to turn it off to sleep. Clean property, but someone needs to inspect each rooms to make sure everything is in working order. We had a 24 hour layover in Denver, so was too tired and too late to bring it up to request for room change."

"The hotel itself is in great condition and the room was comfy however, when I landed in Denver airport I waited about 30 mins for the hotel shuttle and in those 30 mins I tried calling the hotel twice but unfortunately no answer so I ordered a $25 uber ride to the hotel.
At check in I had asked for a 10pm shuttle back to the airport as I was only staying there for the day during my 11hr layover in DEN. The receptionist said to be down 5 mins prior. I was at the lobby waiting for the shuttle...

"Great location in Brighton. Easy access to Walmart and grocery stores. Parking is adequate and well lighted. We were there for 6 days. They supply fresh towels daily or would if they serviced the room every day. They missed servicing our room one day. There was a big stain in the carpet near the front door of our room and we never heard or saw evidence of a vacuum cleaner the entire week. Pretty good green chili sauce for breakfast on certain days. Biscuits were doughy. I'd recommend learning...

"One of my favorite hotels in Denver. Unfortunately maintenance is starting to get behind. Carpet is ragged furnishings chair couch rip tears paint on the wall is in need of touch up. Hopefully Hotel will spend some time with maintenance items I'm still a wonderful Hotel"

"Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure. Bed very comfy and was able to control the room temp to our satisfaction. Only thing, for me, was we were right outside where the elevators were and you can here...
